INTRODUCTION
It is well understood that the primary guiding document for project planning is the EPCI Project Management Plan, which is integrates and consolidates a number of subsidiary plans, including the schedule EPCI management. This course discusses and provides an effective approach to designing and developing this schedule management with basic theory, practical implementation, and short analysis.
The identified in schedule management are define activities, resources allocated, time estimation, and else. Designed to be implemented at the same time as several other processes such as “Create EPCI WBS” and “Sequential and Critical Path”. Then to define key milestones have interfere with progress payment, and the last is networking for each activity and S-Curve.
These course not only discussing on theory, but also implemented on software supporting, that is Primavera P6. The instructor will guide and give the example and analysis using Primavera.
PURPOSES
- The participants knowing arrange list the EPCI activities and tasks that should be done during the project life cycle so that they can be used for scheduling.
- The participants knowing method and other techniques for diagramming dependencies and in the end, produce a network diagram.
- The participants able to determines the type of resources required and the quantity needed.
- The participants needed to complete an EPCI activity in accordance to the scope and resource availability and estimate time.

Project Control Lead PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, expert on project planning, scheduling, controlling with Primavera. 11-year experience in EPCI project management with many background Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Power Plant. Certified Project Management Professional dan Primavera 6 from Oracle University.
INVESTMENT
The course will conduct on 2 and half days with investment Rp 3.500.000,- (public participants), and Rp 3.00.000,- (member PII).
BENEFIT
The participants will get e-certificate and softcopy presentation. All participants should have Primavera P6 on own notebook.
